Junior Roughstock Association (JRA) West Coast Region Competition.
Earn your points to make it to the top 4 for Wickenburg, AZ and the top 2 for the Idaho Junior High Rodeo at the JR NFR in Las Vegas.

We do payouts after each rodeo event. To qualify for awards, participants must compete in 4 out of the 6 rodeos. Awards include saddles for All-Around winners and accolades for Reserve as well as 1st-6th places in all competitive events.
The grand entry starts at 8:00 AM, with the rodeo immediately following.
Events are open to youth aged 3-18, with a birthday cutoff of January 1 of the current year. Entry forms and payments must be postmarked by the following dates to compete in the Idaho junior high rodeo. No late registrations will be accepted.

July Rodeos: July 10, 2026
August Rodeos: July 31, 2026
Elmore County Junior Rodeo (ECJR) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing the youth of Elmore County and the surrounding areas a platform to compete in junior rodeo events. We feature a six-rodeo series for kids ages 3-18 held during the summer months at the Elmore County Fairgrounds in Glenns Ferry, Idaho. Our mission is to foster a love of rodeo and offer the next generation of cowboys and cowgirls a place to learn, grow, and compete in events, including those found in the Idaho junior high rodeo circuit. As a completely volunteer-operated non-profit, ECJR relies on the generosity of donations and sponsors from the community.
